Admin is difficult to deal with and fail to resolve student complaints. Teachers are mostly pleasant, knowledgable, and helpful, but the one PhD is a useless tool. His course is almost impossible to avoid due to the requirements and scheduling, and he is the only instructor. Standards aren't really very high. Your experience may be differnt.
