I am very hurt and disgusted with the way I have been treated. How can you call yourself a christian school and do not return calls or attempt to correct your errors? I enrolled and did not finish my first class because of a family emergency. You claim I owe for some books that was mailed to me for the next class. I keep trying to tell you that no books were ever sent to me and if they were, I would have marked them return to sender. They are of no value to me if I am not earning a degree. The only thing I'm certainly getting from you is a bad credit mark. I have been calling for months and months. Do you think when I get ready to return for my education, I want to return to your school? Do you think I will recommend your school to my colleagues?

I could not be more disappointed in this program. For the third class in a row, I have a professor who does not grade assignments until the last day of the course and when questioned about grades, does not reply. All BSN programs are difficult. This is my second Bachelor's degree and I have a Master's in criminal justice, so I have experience with college level courses. I have never dealt with such unprepared and unprofessional instructors in my 10 years of college/graduate school. Especially from people who claim to be Godly. I would never recommend this program to anyone.

I completed my RN- BSN program online. I decided to attend her after researching many other schools. I am very happy with the choice I made to attend here. The staff and the instructors were very helpful. The instructors all gave the students contact information for them,email, cell phone numbers. All the messages to teachers sent via the schools blackboard systems were answered by the teachers within 24 hours. The teachers were all knowledgeable and very well educated themselves all MSN or PHD nurses. I always received my books in time before my classes began, the advisor was available when necessary to help with any credit issues to make sure you could graduate, I had to take a fine arts and Humanities class to graduate ontime and I was made aware early in my program. Everyone was just very helpful even financial aid was helpful to get you what was needed to attend school. They are very pro student success. The school is expensive, but its a Private college and they are more expensive than other non private schools. I was very pleased with this school and my education!

Great program. Very dedicated teachers and they follow the mission they say in everything they do. Great professors in the required courses that care about the students. Love the interaction and the faith they express. We need more IWU type programs available. Good value for the price.

First, I want to explain the two on Materials. The materials where excellent. Course books where up to date. weekly assignments where excellent. Requirements for assignment completion where detailed and provided a requirement that the information was learned. I would rate the materials a 8-9 in quality and quantity. The only reason I scored a 2 on this was how the materials where acquired. I was not able to purchase textbooks by finding the best value. IWU does not publish nor provide ISBN numbers. this does make it easy since textbooks show up on your door the week before class. I would prefer the option of buying them used or through another vendor and reduce overall costs. Other then this I would do the entire IWU experience again. I felt it was excellent. My wife even decided to do her MBA through IWU based on my experience. I scored Use of Technology a 5 because the course is based around blackboard. Blackboard is an excellent program in its own right. I would of preferred to also have some video conference lectures, courses, etc to compliment Blackboard. Value is also a 6. The program was excellent but since then I have learned that other programs are out there for cheaper. If your going strictly off lowest price, then IWU is maybe not the best option. I feel that the quality of education was on scale with the cost; however, and without the forced on me book delivery I would do it all again.
