I graduate from this program this week! It has been an amazing journey and I am so glad I chose Gonzaga. The coursework is challenging and thought-provoking, the teachers are experts in the field, and the university has a great reputation. If you want an online program that makes you feel like you are part of the campus, look no further! I have made great friends and professional connections through the program. I can't wait to display my Gonzaga degree proudly!

The staff of this program are nothing less than phenomenal. I actually got overwhelmed while doubling up courses last Fall session, and had resigned myself to failing and retaking those two courses. Upon explaining this to the professors, they both encouraged me to take Incompletes and have been incredibly supportive of my getting through catching them up (even while doubled up THIS session). It goes beyond just these two incidents of helping me redeem myself from a lost session. Nearly every course has been taught by a professor who is genuinely interested in seeing his students develop as scholars and people. If you want a genuine challenge in an online lieral education that rivals that of brick and mortar schools, and a teaching and administrative staff that attends to you, the online student, as if you were walking by them and waving every day, this is it. If you want As to be stamped on your transcript with no effort on your part, move on.

This is an excellent program with caring, involved faculty and a laser-focus on the individual. The campus-based portions of the program are critical to the student's involvment - get there sooner rather than put it off to the end. Challenging curriculum that forces you to think big and be practical at the same time. I have felt myself grow in exciting new ways as part of this program. It's a good value, too.

I began the COML program in Fall 2006 and from the day that I requested information online, the service and attention has been absolutely stellar. There is a chance that you could feel disconnected from an institution because of the nature of distance learning, but with the one-on-one contact from advisors and counselors and the open-communication policy with teachers GU offers a sense of connectedness. We use Blackboard for classes and nearly everything you need can be done and accessed through there. The book store is sensitive to the needs of its distance learning students, ships promptly and allows relaxed buy-back policies. I've found the lessons to be challenging, relevant and well-worth the money. If you have the opportunity, take the Leadership & Imagination course with the 3-day residency in Spokane. It will make your degree and experience feel like more than just a piece of paper. Note: I gave them a 8 on value because yes, it is a private school and it is pricey.
