The admissions team was very good and held my hand the whole way. For the first semester I had a counselor to talk with about anything I might need help with. She was a counselor and I could talk about school, home, work, or whatever problems that might affect me and my grades. Academic advising is very helpful. It is hard to get to talk to financial aid people, but they do respond to emails in a very timely fashion. I am an online student, and this experience gave me back my faith in online education.
