I was excited to be accepted into this program. However, when I decided to pursue a second Master's degree at another university instead and started asking questions about how to withdraw, the process became complicated. I had never been actually enrolled in courses (only accepted into the program). After emailing to request information about how to withdraw, the admissions rep. constantly wanted me to schedule time to talk to her supervisor over the phone. As a student who knew what I wanted, I did not feel it necessary to do this, nor did I have the time. I don't feel like I owe them a detailed explanation. It was also after this email communication that I noticed, I had been enrolled in a course. FYI: The admissions staff enroll students in all their courses and students do not permissions in the system to add or drop a course. It all must be done by the staff. I sent an email to the admissions rep at that point, stating my rights as a student and requesting that the course be dropped and my withdraw from the university processed. I did get an email back from a supervisor in admissions stating that both of these actions would be taken care of. However, in their system (Banner), I have not seen them processed. Now I have to keep checking my account to make sure this gets taken care of, because if they do not drop the course off my account by a certain date, I will be responsible for paying for it.
Expensive, but GREAT program

This is a great program! The instructors and course facilitators really care about your success and want to achieve your goals. It's no push over program though. The one struggle is that it's very intensive in reading and expectations. It is pretty expensive though. I feel like I'm getting my money's worth but it's not cheap.
